Common Questions
Policy FAQs
What should I do if a student will miss a class?
Email enquiries@kcee.ca before the scheduled class to report the absence and arrange a make-up class. Because lessons follow a structured progression, KCEE will assign the make-up date and time to help the student stay on track.
Can an unused payment be moved to a future session or another student?
No. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be moved to a future session.
How do I discontinue classes?
Email enquiries@kcee.ca no later than the student’s last paid class. Otherwise, payment for the next round of classes will be required.
Why are make-up classes required?
Each lesson builds on earlier material. A scheduled make-up class helps the student complete missed instruction before moving forward.
Who should I contact with a policy question?
Please message or email KCEE before making payment if you need clarification.
