Common Questions

Grade 12 Physics Tutoring FAQs

Who develops and teaches this program?

KCEE has over 30 years of experience in private education. Lessons are designed and developed in-house by the owners, who have extensive experience teaching the Ontario curriculum. Our teachers identify where students lose marks, strengthen fundamentals and build the consistency required for high performance.

How does KCEE Physics tutoring support the student’s current course?

Teachers begin with the student’s school topics, questions and assessments. They review missing prerequisite skills, explain difficult concepts step by step and assign targeted practice to improve understanding and accuracy.

How are students grouped?

Students are grouped according to their course, current difficulties and academic needs. Families can describe the topics requiring immediate help when they contact KCEE.

Will students receive help with homework, quizzes and tests?

Yes. Students may bring current school questions and assessment concerns. Teachers use these questions to clarify concepts, correct methods and strengthen the related foundations.

Can a student join after the program has started?

Yes. KCEE will review the student’s current course progress, immediate difficulties and academic needs to determine whether an ongoing class is suitable.

Will students learn ahead?

The first priority is addressing current difficulties and missing foundations. When the student is ready and class time allows, teachers may introduce upcoming concepts to improve preparation and confidence.

How soon can we expect to see improvement?

Improvement depends on the student’s starting point, attendance and consistency. Many students begin to see progress within a few weeks, with more stable improvement developing over a full learning cycle.

Who is this tutoring program designed for?

It is designed for students who need help catching up, correcting weaknesses, understanding current school topics or preparing more effectively for assignments, quizzes and tests.

What if the class schedule does not work for me?

We will do our best to accommodate scheduling requests depending on availability. Please message or email KCEE to discuss possible options.

What happens if a student misses a class?

Prior notice is required. Because lessons follow a structured progression, KCEE schedules a make-up class to help the student stay on track.

Does KCEE offer a trial class?

KCEE does not offer trial classes. Contact us to explain the student’s current course difficulties, upcoming assessments and the support needed so we can discuss whether the class is suitable.

Does KCEE offer loyalty, sibling or referral discounts?

KCEE does not offer discounts. Maintaining a consistent fee structure supports fairness and consistent program quality for all students.
